Damaged or Missing Items
Accidents do happen! If your order arrived damaged, please email me a photo of the damaged items and packaging to tina@sunshinespiritco.com. I will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no cost to you. If an item is missing from your order please email me at tina@sunshinespiritco.com and I will be happy to assist.
Refunds and Replacements
At Sunshine Spirit Co., LLC, providing the highest quality products to you is my passion and I want all of you to love my products as much as I do. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please return items to me within 60 days of purchase for either a full refund or replacement. Please read stipulations below.
Unfortunately, I am unable to refund any original shipping costs and you are responsible for return shipping. If requesting a replacement because of personal preference, you are responsible for shipping both ways.
If the product is not damaged and you feel as though the product quality is bad, please email me at tina@sunshinespiritco.com and I will assist you.
Unfortunately, I cannot issue refunds for gift cards.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 6964 Konitzer Rd, Oconto Falls WI 54154. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment if items are unopened; store credit will be granted for opened items; or a replacement item will be shipped. Opened or used items may receive a partial refund.
