Directions: place one tab in center of heat proof dish–make sure you have adequate protection underneath dish as to not damage surface with heat. Light the edge of the tablet until the flame turns to a sparkling red heat across the tab. Drop your resin of choice in the center of tab and leave alone to burn until it is out. Approximately (depending on resin) each tab will last 15-20 mins.

When ever I shop, I get the Swift Lite from Tina, the price is really good and I have never experienced broken up pieces of charcoal from her packs. That is a great plus.
