Aroma: Base note. Earthy, spicy, rooty, balsamic, herbaceous, peppery, woody.
Therapeutic properties: analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antifungal, anti-depressant, antispasmodic, CNS sedative (sedative to the nervous system), cooling, immunostimulant, skin healing, emotional balancing
Suggestions: Add to cream, lotions, massage oils, gels, diffuser, sprays, aromatherapy inhalers, balms, lip balms.
Safety: Non-toxic, non-irritating. Caution to avoid while breast feeding as it could pass into the breast milk.
