Try an aromatherapy nasal inhaler—just breathe in and experience relief, almost instantly. Inhalers are the perfect tool for the respiratory as the oils are quickly absorbed through the olfactory membrane.
This blend includes the following essential oils to help calm and open your breathing passages:
***Bay Laurel (Laurus nobilis): has oxides to support the respiratory passages. 1,8-cineole makes up a good part of this oil and should help with congestion and inflamed tissues.
***Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus): supports the breath and is fresh and clearing—should help penetrate the nasal area. And if a runny nose and tickle cough is present, the decongestant properties of this oil should help.
***Cedarwood Atlas (Cedrus atlantica): anti-inflammatory, decongestant and expectorant properties. Supports clear breathing and healthy lungs.
***Frankincense (Boswellia sacra): analgesic, antimicrobial and expectorant. Can help ease tension and headaches that can be associated with respiratory issues.
***Juniper Berry (Juniperus communis): this oil has a long list of therapeutic properties to support breathing function. Also beneficial to combat fungal or microbe activity when present.
The benefit of nasal inhalers is that they are easy to use, private (no one else smells the oil) and portable–you can easily carry them in your pocket! Not only are they fast acting and effective but you also get the peace of mind of getting results without taking synthetic drugs.
