Aroma: Middle note.  Spicy, sweet, warm, sensual.  Rich, full bodied scent.

Therapeutic properties:

**Anti-bacterial: aids in killing off and inhibits growth of certain bacteria
**Anti-microbial: actively kills off microbes
**Anti-viral: aids in eliminating unwanted bacteria
**Anti-fungal:  reduces/eliminates unwanted bacteria
**Immune support: provides support to the immune system as it fights germs in the environment
**Nervine: has sedative properties. Calming and familiar scent
**Emotional: grounding and uplifting.  Very purifying.  The familiar scent of this rich cinnamon can be emotionally stabilizing.

Suggestions: Add to diffuser, sprays, cleaning sprays.  Excellent oil to diffuse as it can clear the air and kill bacteria.  Bonus bacterial defense when added to room and cleaning sprays.

Safety: Can burn the skin.  Spicy oils are considered hot oils, use very sparingly for topical use or not at all.  I typically only use 1 drop total in a one ounce carrier if using on skin.
