Therapeutic properties:
**Analgesic: aids in reducing pain and blocking the sensation of pain, great for muscle pain and stiffness
**Anti-inflammatory: reduce inflammation topically
**Antiemetic: may help reduce vomiting and nausea, specifically from overindulgence
**Anti-bacterial: active against pathogenic bacteria
**Circulatory stimulant: stimulates blood circulation bringing warmth and pain relief
**Febrifuge: used traditionally to reduce fever
**Digestive stimulant: used in Chinese Medicine as a digestive stimulant
**Warming: rubefacient, brings warmth to the skin and promotes circulation
**Emotional: reduces fatigue and depression. Helps to reduce fears and motivate change. Has shown positive support to aid in withdrawal of nicotine and reduce cravings
Suggestions: Add to cream, massage blends, diffuser, sprays, aromatherapy inhalers
Safety: Can irritate skin if oxidized. Spicy oils should be used at lower dilutions for the skin, suggest 1-2% dilution depending on issue. Not recommended for use in bath.
