Therapeutic properties:
**Analgesic: pain relieving for pain associated with colds/flu and perfect for topical application to joint pain and inflammation
**Decongestant: very supportive for healthy lung function. Could reduce congestion in lungs, helpful to reduce cold and allergy symptoms such as sneezing and stuffy head
**Antirheumatic: help manage minor joint pain and inflammation
**Anti-spasmodic: reduce muscle spasms
**Rubefacient: promotes blood circulation
**Antimicrobial: aids in killing microorganisms and inhibits growth
**Mucolytic: help rid the body of mucous
**Emotional: stabilizing and uplifting. Warm, comforting as well as a familiar fresh aroma that is supportive emotionally and mentally.
Suggestions: Add to cream, lotions, massage blends for muscle/joint pain, diffuser, nasal inhaler or steam blend.
Safety: If sensitive skin, use in a lower dilution such as 5-6 drops per ounce of carrier oil/lotion/cream
