The pain and debilitating symptoms from headaches and migraines can reduce the quality of life. This essential oil blend is a synergetic one–as in the oils come together to create a stronger effect than the sum of all the individual oils and their respective properties. A master blend is created and then allowed to ‘meld’ together before blending further. There are many reasons or triggers for headaches and a synergy of oils hopes to address at least a few of these.
This blend includes:

**Helichrysum — nervine, can lower stress levels. Reduce anxiety and calm the nervous system.
**Basil — calmative, nervine. Use for headaches and migraines–helps release stress and tension. Anti inflammatory and pain reliever.
**Birch — analgesic, anti inflammatory. Helpful with reducing pain throughout the body and also relieving cramping muscles and aches.
**Rosemary — analgesic, stimulate blood circulation and relieves pain.
**Eucalyptus — analgesic and overall stress reliever.
**Roman Chamomile — analgesic and sedative. Pain reliever.
Ingredients: Fractionated coconut oil with Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Marjoram (Origanum majorana), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Helichrysum (Helichrysum angustifolia), Basil (Ocimum basilicum), Birch (Betula lenta), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) and Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis).
